Sulfasalazine
Sulfasalazine (Azulfidine) is considered a disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD). Sulfasalazine is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), inflammatory bowel disease, and some other autoimmune conditions. It works to lower inflammation in the body.
