Colchicine (Colcrys, Mitigare)
Colchicine is a medication used to treat some inflammatory disorders. In children, colchicine is most commonly used to treat Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF), Behçet’s disease and recurrent aphthous stomatitis. In adults, it is more commonly used to treat gout.
